Who are we ?

We are Adeline and Robin, two children from the Alès region, passionate about gastronomy and attached to our territory. After training in cooking and service in St Jean du Gard and specializing in sommellerie, we worked in multiple prestigious establishments, from Monaco to Montgenèvre, but also closer to you at the Lozerette and the Yatch Club de la Grande Motte.

It was during these experiences that Robin forged his passion for refined cuisine between Land and Sea with fresh, seasonal products typical of a regional terroir. For my part, I perfected my knowledge of the wines of our heritage, in order to select for you a menu of local wines, prestigious or unknown with aromas and flavors specifically adapted to Robin's dishes.
