1. Purpose

These general conditions govern requests for reservations, privatizations, gift vouchers via the contact form on the Restaurant Les Voutins website. No transactions or payments are made online.

2. Request for reservation and privatization

Reservations (menu and/or festive menu) and requests for privatization (birthday, wedding, seminar) are subject to availability. Confirmation will be made by email or telephone.

3. Gift voucher

To obtain a gift voucher, the user must first make a request via the form available on our website. The restaurant will then contact the user to specify the amount or number of services desired. Once these details are confirmed, an appointment will be made for the customer to come and pay the amount in person at the restaurant, where they can collect the gift voucher. No payment via the website is possible.

4. Modification or cancellation

For any table reservation, modification or cancellation is accepted up to 24 hours before the reservation time. In the event of a late change, this may impact our capacity, as we may have refused other customers due to a full reservation.

For group privatizations or seminars, as soon as the quote is accepted and the deposit is paid, the restaurant Les Voutins reserves the right to keep this deposit in the event of modification or cancellation made after payment.

For events with festive menus, a deposit may also be required to guarantee your reservation, given our limited capacity. This allows us to ensure that reservations will be honored.

5. Responsibilities

Restaurant Les Voutins cannot be held responsible in the event of:

- Technical problem preventing the submission of requests via the form.

- Error in the entry of information by the customer.

6. Disputes

Any dispute will be dealt with amicably. In the event of persistent disagreement, the competent courts will be those of Alès.
